Booking Initial Appointment

A credit card must be submitted at the time of scheduling an initial appointment to reserve your time. A 48 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

We understand that situations arise and there may be a need to reschedule your first scheduled assessment at HNM. Please provide us at least 48-hour notice for any changes to your first appointment.

New Patients that have cancelled or rescheduled their first appointment more than twice will not be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

It is extremely important for you to remember that when an appointment is booked with us, this time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly provide at least 24-hours notice so that the appointment can be given to someone else in need.

There is a $25 fee for appointments cancelled or missed without 24-hour notice.
